ATTENTION: MMA ON THURSDAYS!!!

The thursadys night classes will now be: From 6pm-7pm BJJ rolling and from 7pm-6pm mma training. It's all included in the program with no extra charge!! Come and learn how mma for self-defense, to get in shape or to fight!!! You will crosstrain: Muay Thai, western boxing, wrestling and no-gi brazilian jiu-jitsu!!

Leonardo Pecanha's seminar on November 14 at BJJ Lifestyle Academy. Start at 10am break at noon restart at 1pm and ends at 3pm. Gi in the am and no-gi in the afternoon. $40 for any Team Vaghi members (St Charles MMA, Vaghi Martial Arts, North Broadway Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ Lifestyle Academy, Omaha/Fox Valley/Minesota affiliates) $80 for outsiders. FYI: Pecanha is a 2nd degree black belt World champion with victories over guys like: Tarsis Humphrys, Mike Fowler, Sergio Morais, Andre Galvao and Rani Yahay!!
